Under her leadership, Wf360 has pioneered new models for connecting people and ideas to solve business challenges around the world. A Stanford Law School graduate, she served as President of American Mediation Council and played a prominent role in the real estate investment banking industry. Author of Smart Talk: The ABC’s of Authentic Conversation, Ms. Bird is a Founding Member and former Chair of the Committee of 200 and member of the Women’s Leadership Board of Harvard Kennedy School.
Cheng Lei

Ms. Cheng Lei is the anchor for the “Global Business” show on CCTV-News. Prior to re-joining CCTV in 2013, Lei was the China Correspondent for CNBC for nine years, based in Shanghai and Singapore. Lei’s career in journalism began in Beijing at CCTV’s English channel in 2003. She also spent a year in Shandong province on a sino-Australian logistics joint venture. Lei started out in finance and worked for five years with Cadbury Schweppes and ExxonMobil in Melbourne. She is a Certified Practising Accountant and an accredited translator between Chinese and English.

Diana is an experienced leader with 20+ years of global experience in business strategy, investment, turnarounds and talent development across the US, Europe and Asia.
At Financial Times, she reports to the board level, developing new business that will deliver the Financial Times global strategy. She launched and runs executive education including the FT Non-Executive Directors Diploma Asia. Early in her career, she worked on high level strategy as a management consultant and began her career as an assistant to Dr. Henry Kissinger at Kissinger Associates in New York.
Currently she sits on the boards of the DaVinci Innovation Labs, The American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong; NEST.vc and Teach4HK. Previously, she was the past elected Vice Chairman of the Executive Board of the Society of Publishers Asia.
