Vanessa‘s passion for languages and different cultures drove her from California to Spain and then on to Mexico where she completed her Bachelors degree in International Business. After realizing what opportunities an international lifestyle has to offer, she moved to Shanghai in 2011 to complete her Master’s degree in International Business.
During her time in Shanghai, she has built an international network through volunteer opportunities with some of the most prominent nonprofit and professional organizations in the city. These include TEDx, the annual dining event Chi Fan for Charity, coordinating events for the Shanghai Foreign Correspondence Club and directing events for the International Professional Women’s Society. She is the Head of Operations at China Sport Promotions; organizing high-end boxing events across Asia as well as producing the TV show “White Collar Boxing”.
