
Jackie spent 22+ years with Sigma Pharmaceuticals where she gained vast and deep experience in several key management disciplines as she excelled in several executive management roles of Chief Information Officer, Chief Financial Officer and then General Manager of the Wholesaling division with annual sales of AUD 2.5b. Her qualifications include FCPA, GAICD, Masters in Business Systems and she is also a qualified coach.
In 2011, she joined Staples Australia as Vice President of Supply Chain. During her time in Staples Australia, she delivered outstanding results and took on an additional role managing a P&L function in Print Solutions where she motivated and led the team to win a AUD8m customer contract. Jackie actively supported their Business Woman of the Year program as an executive sponsor and she was a top finalist in the CEO Magazine’s 2012 Executive of the Year award.
In 2013, Jackie was promoted to her current position in Shanghai, China. Jackie has made tremendous improvement in both Taiwan and China, with both businesses exceeding Staples’ expectations through building, coaching and leading her teams in delivering exceptional results built on a platform of trust, integrity, professionalism and service. Jackie was awarded the Shanghai Silver Magnolia award by the Shanghai Municipality in 2016. She is also the winner of the Australian China Alumni Association 2016 Women in Leadership award.
Jackie is passionate about promoting the welfare and progress of women in the work place, introducing lactation rooms at work and actively acting as a coach for women in leadership. She is a board member of Global Women Connect, a not for profit organization that connects women globally and enables women to unleash their potential and support each other to contribute to a better economy, society and world.
